Make sure that all spellings are correct, as what I receive is what goes on the card.
I Do Not edit personal photos other than to crop to the required size or maybe to brighten or darken in extreme cases, other than this, what you send is what will end up on your card.

Shipping Info
All items are sent via Registered post and include a tracking number.
A signature is required upon delivery. If a delivery attempt is made, but no one is there to sign for the package, the driver will leave a note at the recipient's door about arranging a new delivery date or collecting your parcel at your local postal office.
ā ļø Failure or refusal to sign for deliveries will result in additional shipping charges should your item be "returned to sender" and need to be posted again.

No orders are processed on Weekends or Public Holidays.

Returns & Refunds
If for any reason, you wish to return your order, you can do so for a full refund mins the initial shipping cost. You are also responsible for any return shipping expenses that may be incurred in doing so.
If your card is damaged or goes missing in transport, then a replacement card will be dispatched. Please note that items are only considered lost after 30 days from dispatch, except for Australia & New Zealand, which can be longer.
Unfortunately, we can not provide refunds for Customized orders, but please get in contact if you feel there are issues with the cards and I will do my best to fix it to your satisfaction.
