Good used vintage condition
There are some marks on the wood from time
 
Missing the lap strap,
Springs are strong and rust-free.
Scuffs, scratches, dings, paint chips consistent with age.

This item is Patent 171458 and was made by the Delphos Bending Company in Delphos, Ohio.
 It measures approximately 18" high by 33" long by 16.75" wide.

Not sure if it meets modern child safety regulations, however it is a wonderful vintage piece.
Perhaps a doll or plush collection item could be used as a display piece.
