Monumental Legras et Cie Mont Joye Etched Gilt Emerald Green Glass Vase, ca.1900

Fabulous, massive Legras et Cie Mont Joye emerald green vase, 19 1/2" h x 7 3/4" width, with gilt acorn and leaf motif circling the top and bottom of the vase. This is perhaps the largest Mont Joye vase produced (I couldn't find larger). Some wear to the gilding around the rim and wear to gilding throughout; a few small chips around the bottom edge (see photos). Still an extremely rare and collectible vase - I found just one other in this size (sold at Sotheby's in 2003).
