This hardcover with dust jacket is in very good condition. The dust jacket has some chiping and small tears on the edges, but is now in a Mylar protector. The black hardcover boards are in great shape and the pages are all clean except for the first blank page which has the previous owner's name on it. There is a slight musty odor to the book from age. 

Book will be mailed in a box for protection in the mail system.
