Payment: Expected within 3 days of sale.

Shipping: Will combine shipping of items won within 3 days of each other.  You have to notify me that you will be purchasing other items as I ship the same day or next business day.  

I do not set rates for shipping, they are based upon package size, weight and destination.  I have been having difficulty with ebay calculating rates much higher than the actual cost.  I do make a partial refund in those situations and I do it automatically, you do not need to request it.  At times, it is less expense to do expedited shipping and if with the same carrier will do that, if it is less expensive to use a different carrier, I will contact you to see if you would like me to use a different carrier.

Local pick-up is available; however, payment much be made prior to pick-up.  Pick up code or QR code required for pick-up.

Returns: Returns are not excepted, except when they fall within ebay's guidelines.  If for some reason, an item does fall within ebay's guidelines, then contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item, so that we can resolve any issue.  Do not use the item until we have a resolution.  Please hold off on leaving feedback until I have a chance to resolve any issue.  Bullying and threats are not appreciated.  I try to be honest in all that I do and I hold bidders and buyers to the same standard.  Occasionally, mistakes are made, please be kind.
