Our warranty only covers the service of the movement and does not cover wear and tear, loss, theft, tampering, mistreatment or modification through the addition of subtraction of parts or accessories not supplied by TKV Watches. All of our watches have been serviced by our in-house certified watch maker, and each watch passes rigorous exams including water pressure test and time-keeping accuracy. This watch currently meets expected time-keeping standards.
RETURN:
We offer 30 Days return for most of our items as long as the item was not used / damaged. If our return tag / watch tag was removed an automatic 10% restocking fee will be charged.
WE GUARANTEE THE AUTHENTICITY OF THE BAND (unless specified), CASE, AND MOVEMENT OF ALL OUR WATCHES. SINCE THIS IS A PRE-OWNED WATCH, THE BANDS OF OUR WATCHES WILL SHOW SOME STRETCH, BUT WE GUARANTEE THE AUTHENTICITY, AND NONE OF OUR BANDS HAVE BEEN REFINISHED.

We have 2 days handling time from order date unless other wise stated. We use FedEx or UPS 2-day. We accommodate overnight shipping with extra fee. Please message us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND REPAIRS:
Buyer is responsible for custom duties and taxes. If buyer refuses to pay the custom duties and taxes, and the watch will be returned to us by the courier, shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We only cover the warranty for movement and the buyer is responsible for shipping to and from TKV service center.
