You can do the replacement yourself (requires medium technical skill) or contact us for addition assistance. Also please make sure to reach out before assuming the screen is bad. I have sold hundreds of these screens and I have had maybe 2 or 3 that were doa. Most of the time the screen do not work because of user error.
