This is a new Kenneth Cole bikini top. I purchased new and never wore it. Its super cute in a halter style, ties in back of neck and sides have wide sash to tie in back. Pretty white fabric with a black floral design and there is ruffled fabric along borrom of front. Size small. Pads in cups that can be removed.
