-- Covers have general yellowing/darkening due to age, plus some spots/blemishes. Cover edges have some general wear. Cover image of Twain, the laurel around him, and the circle of stars are all clearly visible. Title, author, volume on the spine all readable -- note that the spine has darkened a bit more than the front/back cover. The color title pages are still pretty vibrant (not faded), no bent/torn/missing pages, no inscriptions or writing that I found. Page edges have darkened with age.
-- This book does have some slight staining due to water on the lower right corner of the pages. I have shown several representative pics of this. The staining never covers the actual text of any page that I could see.
