This is a charming and rare first edition hardback of "The Bad Mrs Ginger" by Honor C Appleton, published in 1902 by Dumpy Books for Children. The beautifully illustrated picture book tells a delightful children's story that is still in print today.  The book is in its original binding and weighs 98g.  On the front page it is inscribed "For ? Nowell, From Aunt Janet (?), Xmas 1903.  Did Master or Miss Nowell enjoy the book?    We can only imagine.
