Please note --- Due to the volume of clothing, we do not wash clothing prior to shipping, ALTHOUGH items will be steamed and lint rolled as needed. 

It is the buyer's responsibility to clean items prior to wearing. 

Regarding photos, we do our best to display items as accurately as possible. Please be aware that the colors of clothing cannot be depicted 100% accurately. We will always include information about any flaws on an item and most often will include a detail photo of these flaws.  
  Also, it is the buyer is responsible for reading the item description, checking measurements, and being aware of any flaws. 

Most of the time, items that are "New with tags" will have the price cut off from the tag to prevent returns, exchanges, or resale. Also, often times a "New with tags" item will not include a price amount on a tag. These items are still guaranteed new, and never worn.

Pre-owned items will often be explained in more detail in the listings.

New: A never worn item, new with or without tags.
Excellent/New: A pre-owned item that may have been tried on or kept but has absolutely no flaws.
Excellent: A used item that has no noticeable flaws.
Great/Excellent: An item that may have microscopic signs of wear to none.
