This is the Japanese version. The language is set to English and all psp consoles are region free so this can play pal uk games esrb usa games and Japanese games.

The only difference between this and a pal uk console is while not in a game the x and o buttons are swapped so o is enter and x is the back button.

The psp is in good condition and has a screen protector fitted.
