This item is a Premier 8 Lug 5.5x 14 Chrome over Steel snare drum and is in great condition. The shell is very clean and the throw off works well. The heads are also in good condition. This drum is made in England and it looks and sounds great. I give the chrome a 9 out of 10 on this drum.
