Calculated Cost: USPS Ground Advantage.  Packaged in a cardboard mailer or between 2 pieces of cardboard 
and placed in a bubble envelope.

Choice of international shipping:
$1: Economy International Shipping without tracking.  Mailed in a sleeve in an envelope with NO additional protection.  Only available for Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom.    
$14: eBay International or USPS First Class International Shipping with tracking.  Packaged in a cardboard mailer or between 2 pieces of cardboard and placed in a bubble envelope.  Available worldwide.

I am only able to offer free combined shipping when there is only 1 payment for all items to be shipped together.  If you're buying multiple items, please request an invoice before paying.  No refunds will be issued for shipping fees.

International buyers are responsible for all import and customs fees.
