This vintage Omega wristwatch from around WW2.

The watch runs intermittently if I hold it in certain positions. I don’t want to tinker with it too much because I’m sure it’s delicate and I don’t know anything about watch movements. It will very will likely need serviced and cleaned. The inside case reads 2179 and the movement reads 9919037.
