Excellent condition org, 98% gorgeous, well made design by a noted decorator at Weller Art Pottery Studio. Beautiful colors, they all pop. 
Measures: 8.5 inches tall, 7.5 inches deep, rolled over top/rim flat for near 3/4's of an inch, the hole is 1.75 inch around, tapers in then out to a base of 3.5 inches round, Weller mark with Initials of Etna (1900-1910)
