Number of pages or sections: 15 pages plus covers.
Condition: Like new. No writing, no creases, no folds, no fading. I was careful taking pictures to not break or bend the spine. This brochure has a light bend across the top that can be seen in the photos. It also appears to have some indentations around the staples - perhaps it was stapled too tight? Not sure, but you can see the waviness in the photos. Price has been lowered to reflect these issues.
