Condition: Like new. No writing, no creases, no folds, no fading. This brochure has a BROWN SPOT on the back page that carries through most of the brochure to some extent. It is visible in the photos. The rest of the brochure is showroom condition. I was careful taking pictures to not break or bend the spine. This brochure is in absolutely beautiful condition.
