Vintage Seiko 7t32 chronograph.

The watch runs and keeps time but the button

to start the chrono does not work.

The chronograph seconds hand functions to adjust the hand to 12 o’clock start so it’s not stuck.

There is a faint scratch on crystal running from 11-7 that only appears in certain light.
