If you refuse a package or fail to pay import charges, resulting in the parcel being returned to us (whether due to being unclaimed or other reasons), you will be responsible for all return and reshipping postage charges.

Payment should be made within 4 days of purchase, unless you've contacted us in advance.

Excessive cancellations for 'Buyer hasn't paid' reasons may lead to buyer suspensions. We recommend bidding only on items you intend to purchase and completing transactions within 4 days. After the 5th day, orders are automatically canceled, and items are relisted without payment options.

When you place a winning bid or click 'Buy It Now,' you commit to purchase. Failure to pay violates our unpaid item policy. Accumulating 5 unpaid items or canceled transactions results in automatic bidding restrictions.

Bidding is a binding contract, so bid responsibly. Avoid bidding on identical items in different listings unless you want both. Bidding with multiple user IDs is against eBay policy.

Please participate in auctions only if you intend to complete transactions. Read item descriptions carefully before bidding. Buyers are limited to purchasing no more than 10 items in a 10-day period.

  • All returned goods must be sent from the same address as the original shipment and match the sender's name specified at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued if these conditions are not met, as it will hinder customs clearance.

  • Items with the POPPRI Authenticity Guarantee Seal/Sticker must be returned in their original state, with the seal/sticker intact. If the Authenticity Guarantee Seal/Sticker is missing or damaged, POPPRI reserves the right to decline the return and issue a refund, as the item will no longer be considered an original, authentic POPPRI purchase.

  • Our return policy excludes UNDERWEAR AND SWIMWEAR, SOCKS, and TIGHTS. Any returned underwear or swimwear will be subject to recycling processes, and NO REFUNDS will be issued, regardless of the item's condition..

We will refund the original item's cost but will not reimburse any postage costs unless the issue is caused by us.
