1 quantity is 1 x name/word per label.
NAME QUANTITY EXAMPLES:
1 name or 1 name and surname for example " John" or " John Smith " are less than 12 letters each therefore require a 1 label ( quantity ) purchase.
"Elizabeth Johnson" is a purchase of 2.
2 names for example Jenny / Joe is a 2 label purchase
3 names for example Jenny /Joe / Elizabeth is a 3 label purchase and so on..
WORD EXAMPLES :
" Happy Birthday " is over 12 letters but under 24 therefore requires a quantity of 2 labels.
" Olivia-Rose's Snack Box " is also a quantity of 2.
“Matilda’s Arts & Crafts Trolley’ requires a quantity of 3.
Repeating of names/words is NOT allowed.
For example, if you send us “John John John” or joining up names such as “EmilyEmily” your order will be cancelled. John John John requires a quantity of 3 and EmilyEmily requires a quantity of 2.
I'm afraid we will not fulfil orders which have been underpaid. You will receive a message from us if you have underpaid. You will then get 24 hours to order the correct quantity before a cancellation is processed.
If we receive no name/wording after 48 hours a cancellation and full refund will be processed.

DECAL SIZING:
1 inch & 1.5-inch height available for this listing.
The height is based on the whole of the word and is measured from the top of tallest letter to the bottom of the lowest letter.
The length of each decal depends on the number of characters used.
Most 1 inch names are within 2-5 inches long. Most 1.5 inch names are between 2-7 inches long.
(Each Label will not exceed 7.5 inches long)
Please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to know the exact measurements a word will be.

IMPORTANT:
Please enter your wording EXACTLY how you require. We copy & paste to the cutting software, so what you have sent to us is exactly what you will receive.
If you send your wording in all capital letters this is what you will receive. For example if you have sent us OLIVIA GRACE you will receive OLIVIA GRACE and NOT Olivia Grace.
Make sure you have checked your personalisation has saved and has been sent with your order.
The font in the listing photo is the font you will receive.
Please check out the photo of the font lettering prior to ordering as some capital letters appear more lower case. Letters A and U for example appear looking more lower case a & u Unfortunately this is how this particular font comes and cannot be altered. It is your responsibility to check before ordering words with these letters.

The stickers come on a backing sheet with a clear transfer tape for ease of application.
Clear detailed instructions come with every order.
Depending on size, on occasions labels will be split into multiples for packing and postage purposes.
For example, if you have ordered " Wax Melts ' it may come one label for Wax and then one label for Melts.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Once sticker is attached please leave for at least 24 hours to adhere.
Hand wash only. Do not scrub the vinyl.
Absolutely not suitable for dishwasher or soaking in cleaning products.
