We accept Paypal,Postal Orders and Banker's Cheque.

For overseas buyers Paypal is the only accepted payment method.

UK mainland deliveries will be made with Royal Mail, however multi item orders, large gasket set, head bolts, timing chain kits and high value items will be dispatched by courier.

Highlands and Islands all deliveries will be made by Royal Mail.

Upon receipt of your parcel please ensure goods are as ordered and suitable for your needs.
If not they can be returned within 14 days of receipt providing the item is still in it's unopened packaging, is unused and in pristine condition.

Returns procedure:

View your your Purchase History in My Ebay and locate the item you would like to return, to the right of the panel is a drag down - select "return this item" enter your reason or return and send.

Return requests made within 14 days will be accepted and the necessary paperwork will be forwarded by Ebay - a copy of which MUST be included with the returned item - failure to do so will delay or possibly prevent a refund being made.

Goods will be returned at the buyers expense on a signed or tracked and insured service, as if the goods are lost or damaged in transit we will not be held responsible and any claims must be pursued by the buyer against his chosen courier.

Please ensure suitable packaging is used to return the goods, we would advise using the outer packaging in which the goods arrived - head gaskets in particular are easily damaged, a "Jiffy" type padded bag or cerial packet would definitely be inadequate, goods arriving with us damaged due to the use of inferior packaging will be rejected and returned.

The majority of refunds for single items will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, however in the case of sets a more detailed inspection of the content will be undertaken, however this will take no longer than two working days.

If packs are open and if during inspection items are found to be missing or damaged the cost of replacing the parts will be made by the buyer - by means of a reduced refund.

The cost of the item will be refunded in full but there will be no refund made for outbound shipping charges, unless in exceptional circumstances and agreed between both parties beforehand.

Buyers requesting the return of goods held by them for over 14 days will be accepted totally at our discretion and will be subjected to a handling/restocking fee of up to 15%.
