Reducing Bush - Malleable Galvanised Iron

This item is part of our Malleable Galvanised Iron collection. These EE brand cast iron fittings are used in threaded pipe joints, particularly in water supply, gas, steam, central heating, sprinkler system networks etc., transporting non-corrosive liquids and gases.

• Manufacturing: According to EN 10242 and ISO 49, construction symbol "A".
• Material: Malleable EN-GJMW-400-5 cast iron, according to EN 1562, equivalent to W 40-05, according to ISO 5922.
• Threads: According to ISO 7/1-R tapered external threads, internal cylindrical Rp threads and according to ISO 228/1-G connecting threads.
• Surface: Fittings can be supplied in accordance to order: with black or galvanised surfaces. According to EN 10242, zinc coating weight relative to the surface exceeds 500 gr/m^2, which corresponds to an average layer thickness of 70µm. Both black and galvanised surfaces are protected against corrosion. Corrosion protection substance does not contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
• Operating Pressure: -2.5MPa / 25 bar / at the temp from 20°C to 120°C, -2.0 MPa / 20 bar / at the temp of 300°C.
