Shipment:

  • Tracking number will be available to all shipping methods. Some international mails may not be track-able after it left US boundary, especially first class international mail under 4lbs. Please check with us if you have any questions.

  • Shipping to APO / FPO / PR / AK / VI / HI / GU will be different because the rate to ship the item with FedEx/UPS is different and we will ship with USPS.  Please check the Shipping and Payments tab to get the correct shipping price.

  • Our shipping fee does not include any import duties and taxes, buyers from other countries will be responsible for any import duties and taxes based on their country. The fees could be paid thru Ebay or the carrier would need to collect prior delivery or pickup. If in case the item is being returned due to business close, fees cannot be collected by the carrier prior delivery, exceeded holding package period by the carrier, or for any other reasons, buyer would be responsible for the return shipping cost.   • EU countries, Northern Ireland, Norway and Switzerland buyers would need to provide Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number in order for the carrier to process Customs starting March 1, 2023. Return Policy:

We offer free return shipping which applies to items with manufacture defects or items arrived with damage. For other reasons of return, buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. The return items must be in their original condition and no signs of being installed or used, and free of scratches. Please also send back with original box. If the condition does not match, the items may be sending back or there would be deduction from the refund. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
