  • Please provide 5-35 words, the shape you require and colour choice.
  • Sentences do not work - Maximum of 2-3 words together.
  • Please send all words required together
  • Samples are sent within 3 working days and need to be approved before your order is printed.
  • Delays in sending the details or approving the sample will delay your delivery estimate.
  • ANY errors or mistakes after you have approved the sample are non refundable.
 
  • Words go on randomly, I cannot move words, change the size or positioning of the words. 
  • Font cannot be changed.
  • I have 100s of designs listed; if you can't see it please ask and I will be happy to help.

  • Due to screen resolution colours may appear different. Therefore any issues with colour differences will be non refundable
  • If you pick an emailed word art, you are fully responsible for the printing of the file. It will be sent as a JPEG and can only printed to a maximum size of a4. It will not print from a mobile phone. No refunds will be issued for printing issues. I can email a generic sample for you to trial printing before purchase.
  • UK postage only
  • Working days are Monday-Friday; I do not work weekends.
  • Please allow time for a responce to messages, I do not sit at my laptop 24/7.
  • If you need your order urgently please message BEFORE making a purchase as this option is not always available.???
