PAYMENT:

• Combined shipping/handling is available for multiple items shipped in the same package and paid in a single, combined payment. Costs for combined shipments vary. Please make one payment for all items to be shipped together. If you need an invoice with the combined total, please e-mail us to request one.

• If required, sales tax will be added. The eBay sale summary page should show you what taxes, if any, are being collected.

SHIPPING:

• We usually ship items within 1 business day of receipt of payment.

• All domestic packages are shipped via the post office (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery confirmation is NOT available for certain rural addresses or APO/FPO addresses. All shipments are FOB San Diego, California, USA.

• You will receive an e-mail with shipping details and delivery confirmation info when your package has been shipped.

RETURNS:

Customer satisfaction is our primary business. We want happy customers!

• DEFECTIVE ITEMS: We will replace all defective items when possible. Customer must provide to us, in writing (e-mail, fax or letter), the nature of any defect. If we are unable to replace the item, we will offer a refund. We may request a photo of the item or request the item be returned to assess the defect.

• NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS: We will consider all requests for returns on non-defective items on a case-by-case basis. All returns for non-defective items must be in the original, shrink-wrapped packaging, unopened with no broken seals.

• CHANGED YOUR MIND? We will accept returns and issue refunds or credits for any reason, providing the item has not been opened and all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap are in tact. The customer is responsible for postage for non-defective returns.

• BUYER'S REMORSE: We will allow returns for "buyer's remorse" providing the item has not been opened and all seals, packaging and shrink-wrap are in tact. The customer is responsible for postage for "buyer's remorse" returns.

• QUALITY: Please contact us with any issues you may have with the quality of any item. We do our best to describe all items accurately and to provide pictures to further show the item in detail. We will address your issues and accept returns.
