Payments are to be taken immediately for all items and can be paid using a variety of ways highlighted on the listing at the top of the page. Using a variety of payment methods means you can pay using the preferred method you like. Simply follow the on-screen instructions.
Our products, otherwise stated are usually dispatched within the same working day at 14:00 if paid. However, this excludes weekends and holidays. You can see an estimated delivery date based on our dispatch time and delivery service chosen on the listing however delivery times can vary especially during peak periods and will depend on you. It is up to Maqio to change dispatch according to more efficiently cater to customers during peak times.
Free Shipping
We try and ensure most of our products have free delivery within the United Kingdom. This is the standard delivery that is offered our products.
Express shipping
We also offer an additional service for a small fee. This is a faster delivery option available to customers within the United Kingdom. Please note that the usual dispatch still apply.
Please note: unlike our competitors we do not have any additional fees for delivering to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Mann or any other offshore parts of the United Kingdom.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders
If your order hasn?t arrived, or arrives incomplete, you must report it to us within 48 hours. Please see our returns and refunds tab for more information.
We hope that you will never need to return anything, but should you need to do so, we aim to make it as quick and easy as possible to refund your purchase, and with a generous 30-day return window, we can ensure you have enough time to return in your own time. I've changed my mind
We'd like you to be happy with everything you purchase from Maqio Ebay. Should you change your mind about your purchase please return the product, within 30 days of receipt, by opening a Return Request through My eBay. We'll be more than happy to offer a refund on receipt of the item.
Please Note: Items being returned need to be unused, unopened, with any seals still intact, and in the same condition as received. Certain products will be exempt from the 'Change of Mind' clause for example blind bags which have been opened. Returns must be in re-saleable condition.
Please wait for us to accept your Return Request BEFORE returning your product.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
My item has been damaged in transit
We do our utmost to ensure our items are carefully packed and protected, however, sometimes damage can occur in transit. Once you have received your item, please ensure you check it for any damage straight away. If you are unhappy in any way with the condition of your purchase, please let our Customer Services Team know within 2 days of receipt. You can do this by contacting us through My eBay. Any damage reported after this period will not be considered as transit damage.
My item is faulty
We are confident in the products that we sell, should a fault occur please see our policy, which is in addition to your legal rights.
My item has developed a fault within 30 days of delivery.
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods you will be offered the choice of full of part replacement (stock permitting) or full or partial refund. If your item develops a fault, please notify us via My eBay with details of the fault. Please do not return the product and request a refund of the postage. The refunds or replacements will be actioned once the original product has been returned to Maqio Ebay team for assessment and verification of the fault.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, accidental damage or expected wear and tear, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
Please note that it can take 3-5 days for any refund given to be shown in your PayPal account.
What should I do if I've already used something which has developed a fault within 30 days of purchase?
If the items are installed and you are not able to remove and return them, please contact us via My Ebay to arrange an alternative solution.
My product is faulty but is still guaranteed by the manufacturer, what do I do?
You will need to contact the manufacturer directly in the first instance for assistance.
Returns and Refunds Process
If you believe you require a refund/return or replacements or have a general comment, please get in touch with customer service, who will happily in the timeliest manner. You will be asked for photos of the products, photos of the box it came in and a brief description of the query. Our customer service department is open 9am to 5pm and endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.
