Pillow Case Hand Crewel Embroidery Needlework Fairytale Hansel & Gretel.

Another find from my mother in law’s house. Not sure of the age. Hand embroidery and a metal zipper.

In great condition. There is one area that looks like a color bleed from fugitive dye, except it is in such a perfect area, maybe its on purpose because it looks like the glow of the setting sun on the left side of the roof. Its washed and ironed. A smaller than average size pillow although a soft pillow like down or feather would probably stuff in ok. Measures 15”x. 21“. Image approximately 8.5”x13
