All items must be returned unused or unopened condition within 14 days after the receipt of your order. Shipping and handling are non refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping fee. 20% restocking fee may be applied on returns.

Orders are processed after payment is verified.  Please allow 1 to 2 days for the orders to be shipped out even though most order will be shipped out on the same day.  Orders are processed on business days.  Business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders may not be modified once shipped.  Please contact our customer service if you have question on orders.

1) Items will be shipped within two business day after payment is received.

2) International shipping (Items are not available to be shipped or sold to Europe countries).

3) Attention International Buyers - We do not have control over how long custom will hold you package. If you do not receive your order after the estimated delivered time, we suggest you to contact your local custom office see if they have your package. International buyers are responsibility for tax and duties issue.

 

Shipping Information

All deliveres are made on business days.  We highly suggest that you place your order early to prevent delay cause by major holidays.

Once orders are shipped, tracking number will be provided through an automatic reponse e-mail.  Please refer to the tracking information for estimated delivered time.  Orders are primarly shipped by USPS and UPS.  P.O. Boxes address are not deliverable by UPS.  Please leave comment on "additional instruction field" if your shipping address is not deliverable for either of the carrier.  Please provide validated shipping address to prevent delay or cancellation of your orders. 

 

International Orders
