Book is in good vintage condition. Tight pages, there is a gift note on the back of the first page. Rest of the book is clean

Paper has tanned with age. 

Some shelf wear along the edges and corners have been bumped and are rounded some. Some rubbing on the cover, spine has faded with age. The edge of the spine is almost bare. 

This book has a lot going for it.
