A little gem of a Regency era book, this small antique volume of literature was designed to be given as a Christmas gift to young adults. The vintage book has a three quarter-leather binding, beautiful hand-marbled endpapers, and engraved illustrations. 

The antique book has some condition issues. A piece of leather has chipped away at the top of the spine as shown in the listing photographs. The title page and the first 14 pages of the book are missing. 

There is a handwritten notation and gift inscription dated 1882 at the front of the book.
