Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us at CJD! We do our best to accurately describe all products, their features, and their overall condition. There are occasions when something may be overlooked, and we will do our best to take care of the situation given the opportunity. 

Item Photos:

Single Item Listing

If there is only one item for the listing, you will receive that item. Please pay close attention to the photos prior to purchase. If you notice something that concerns you please reach out.

Multiple Quantity Listings

If the listing contains more than a quantity of one, please inquire before purchasing if you have any questions. The photos are of one of the units, but most likely not the exact one you’ll receive. The condition between units may vary in larger lots, but we separate them by Grades A-C. 

SHIPPING:

We only ship within the United States. Any returns or refunds are VOID if you use a secondary shipping service to fulfill a shipment outside of the United States.

If you plan to purchase something and you will be using a secondary courier service feel free to reach out and we will do our best to verify any concerns.

Items Ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified. 

The business day ends at 3:00 p.m. Central Time.

Items ordered after 1:00 p.m. on Friday will ship by the following Tuesday at the latest. The only exception is holidays.

If you have specific packaging requirements please inquire prior to purchase.

We ship using the following services, at our discretion:

USPS, UPS, and FedEx

RETURNS:

If you changed your mind about an item you have 14 - 30 days to request a return unless the listing states NO RETURNS. Buyer pays return shipping. Once the item is received, inspected, and approved a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee for items that were used.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described you will have 30 days to return the item. NO REFUND or REPLACEMENT will be sent until the item is returned and inspected.

When purchasing parts we may require additional information before completing the purchase. We do this to limit returns and provide our customers with information if the component is compatible, or the appropriate solution to a problem. 

If an item is returned after being used for diagnostics and we are unable to re-sell the component you may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.
