This is a complete remanufactured 2002 - 2006 Honda Acura 2.0 K20A #PNC-2 Civic Si, Accord, RSX DOHC i-VTEC Cylinder Head, Resurfaced with the Poly Crystalline Diamond, all the valves are refaced at 45 degree, seats grinded with 3 angle valve job, New valve steam seals installed.

I originally purchased with the intention to put in my project RSX I’m working on but i decided to do a full K24 swap instead so this part is useless to me now. NOTE: The head cylinder does NOTTT come with camshafts only the full cylinder head.
