Condition: Box lid is poor with two blown corners and several tears and holes. Box bottom is in fair to good condition with shelf wear. Rulebook is in good condition with slight wear and a stain on some pages. Module B2 is in good condition with some notations and witing inside and some staining on both the outer cover folder and the booklet. TSR/RPGA flyer is in good condition with some scribbles. Dice set is complete and has not been inked or crayoned. The black crayon is intact but is slightly flattened.

This is the second Basic set released for the Dungeons & Dragons game in 1980. This version was written by Tom Moldvay, and is a revised version of the original Basic Set by J Eric Holmes. This version of D&D was the basis of the current popular old school renaissance retro-clone, Old School Essentials.

This copy is pretty beat up, but would make an excellent table copy for your RPG group!
