SHIPPING

CARRIER:
We mostly ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

If you prefer a different service, please let us know

and we will gladly add a new shipping service to the listing within 5 mins.

 

TRACKING:
As soon as your order has been shipped,

the buyer will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information.

If you don't receive an email, please contact us

and we'll gladly update you with your shipping information.

 

COMBINED SHIPPING:
Take advantage of the combined shipping when you buy multiple items.

The additional item's shipping rate is 50% off of its full price.

Simply add the items to a cart and then, if you don't see the updated shipping rate,

please request a new invoice before you pay.

Also, you can contact us and we will create a separate listing for you with the updated price.

 

SHIPPING TIME:
We mostly ship the orders the next day except the big items.

The big items are shipped within 2 days.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES:
We always charge the minimum possible for the postal service.

The shipping cost includes delivery charges, shipping supplies

and eBay fees (eBay charges fees on shipping costs).

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We use eBay International Shipping to ship the order outside of the US.

The buyers are fully protected by eBay International Shipping.

If, for any reason, you don't receive your package or it arrives damaged, contact eBay customer service.

 eBay International Shipping includes protection in addition to  eBay Money Back Guarantee .

 

RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not happy with the purchase, we will gladly accept returns.

Items must be returned in original condition with tags/packaging along with our store-secured tag.

If the multiple items ordered are received in a combined shipping package,

they should be returned the same way. If the items are sent in separate packages, the difference in shipping will be deducted from the refund.

If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke, the refund will not be processed.

When the package is received, the refund will be processed within 2 days.

The refund will include the price of the item, less shipping cost.

The return is not accepted after 30 days of the delivery date.
