Unless otherwise stated, all items have been tested and are working. If you are having a difficult time getting a train to work, please try to gently “bang” the train on a hard surface. Most of these trains use the same 10+ year old battery-powered motor which can need a kick-start to fire up again.*All sales are final. I do not accept returns.*

For Disney Cars: All items will be either new in box, new out of box, used with box, or used without box. Condition will depend on each item, so please carefully inspect the listing's photos, and the condition category. For buyers purchasing new in box Cars, if you are a card-back collector & need a card in particular condition, message me prior to purchasing to confirm the condition. I have multiple of many items so condition may vary slightly.

For buyers purchasing motorized Tomy/ Trackmaster Thomas Trains, I test all my trains prior to posting. All trains will be working unless otherwise stated in the title. Please be aware, with the motorized trains, most are 15-25 years old, and therefore the motors may go limp if not turned on every few days. Just because the train is not operating as soon as you receive it does not mean it is broken. Confirm you are using the correct battery 🔋 and that it has sufficient charge. If the train is still inoperable, firmly bang the bottom of the train right-side-up onto a hard surface (such as a counter or floor) lifting the train about 4-5 inches from the ground. Repeat several times until the train becomes operable. The force is usually enough to get the motor running again, especially for the older Tomy models.

I ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS based on the destination. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. Delivery estimate is typically 2-4 days for domestic only, and longer for international shipments. For certain countries, including Mexico & central/ Southern American territories, there is a much higher risk of packages being lost or stolen from my many years of experience selling on eBay. Considering that there is a greater risk, it is highly recommended that you contact me prior to purchasing to arrange adding insurance and signature to the package. As a seller, I, nor eBay, are liable for missing/ stolen packages once the item has crossed the international border for items with no insurance.

I do not accept returns/ refunds of any kind. I provide a very detailed description for all of my items, as well as high quality photos which are part of the description too. As a small business, it is very hard to take returns once an item has been opened or is no longer in resalable condition.

All order cancellations must be done within the first 30 minutes of placing the initial order. After 30 minutes, the order, if already paid for, will be processed no matter the circumstance. It is highly important that payment information be kept away from young children. As a small business, when an order is placed and then cancelled, you are now detracking from the many views, insights, and watchers which have been garnered from the item's presence on eBay.
