Condition:  Dust jacket in overall good condition. Overall bright and clean – a few faint marks and spine a little faded. Slight chipping to top / bottom of spine of DJ. Dust jacket has done its job well and blue cloth covers are in very good condition. Binding is very good – tight, no loose pages. Name / inscription to front endpaper, otherwise book is clean, unmarked – no annotations / scribbles etc. No tears. Slight yellowing to early / final pages. Pages crisp. Slight lean to book. All pages / plates present.

Overall: a good copy of this rare 1st edition book on Everest / mountaineering.
