Beautiful 90s, fitted black velvet jacket with padded shoulders from the principles collection. It is fully lined in a gold brown fabric.

This is a size 12. Measurements are Approx and are:

Length from collar to hem 26 inches

Pit to pit is 19” 36-38 chest

Pit to cuff 18.5. Then roughly 8 inch of fabric comes from the cuff. Velvet bit f cuff has split with oblong button

It is an excellent condition.

Ruffle detail to collar and lapel and on one pocket to the right. False pocket on left.

Sleeves come down below the cuffs as in pictures and this is in a light velvet material which matches the ruffle on garment. A button to each cuff and on the front of the jacket.
