This item is new in box where box was never opened. I never even broke the tape on box. I ordered it for large project then decided a different model would haven been more suited to this project. I did not return it in the 30 window which Amazon allows hence it has been in my spare room, untouched, ever since. Please go to the website wherein I purchased this item to view videos for this item.
I am not accepting returns on this item but, since the box was never opened, you can activate the manufacturers 1 year warranty and will, thus, have recourse in that manner if the item is defective. I have no reason to believe that it would be.
It seems to me that this model would be a very good scanner but given the size and scope of my project, I believe I would be better served with a different model. My error, in this case, may well be your gain. This item will ship from Hallstead, PA and shipping will be actual cost as calculated by ebay.
