Item Damaged: If your item arrives damaged SAVE all of the packaging. TAKE PHOTOS of the damaged item and packaging. Send them to me via EBAY Messaging System accessed in your order, This must be done right away, within 48 hours of receiving your item. I will need this evidence to file a claim with the postal service

Returns: If you want to return the item, for any reason other than damage, you have 30 days to notify us that you wish to return the item. Refund will be issued once we have the item back in the same condition it was originally shipped. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund original shipping cost

Shipping Policy: We offer Media Mail for books, music, DVDs and educational text books. Media Mail can give you a price discount, but it may take longer to arrive, please choose another shipping option if you must receive your media mail quickly. We ship First Class Mail for packages under 16 ounces. Priority Mail and Parcel Select is for shipments over 16 oz. All shipping comes with tracking numbers. After receiving your payment, we will ship same day or next business day, depending on time of order. After putting your item in the shopping cart, choose the shipping tab and choose your shipping preference. We do not ship internationally.
