Vintage 1973 Holy Bible Gospel Praise Singing School Convention Hymns Song Book 

The copyright actually ready 1972 but it also states: "Our first 1993 Book For Singing Schools, Conventions, etc.". So It's 52 years old. It shows some wear but the pages and spine are tight and I do not see any tears on the pages.
