Vintage Dining Room Dollhouse Furniture

  These pieces have been in my collection for over 25 years.  They are old, but brand new and in perfect condition.

There are 5 pieces in the set.

This would be a wonderful addition to your dollhouse furniture collection.  It is pristeen!

Taking these pictures is the only time they have been "displayed".  NEVER played with or in a dollhouse or doll room setting.

Please email me BEFORE you bid, if you have any questions.  My pictures represent the item I'm selling.  I typically don't describe the item because the pictures are accurate and don't involve my "opinion".

Payment Terms:  Payment must be made through PayPal within 24 hours of the auction's end.  MOST of the time, I ship the day after I receive payment; sometimes, I ship the same day.  If you wait several days to pay for your win, your item waits to be shipped. 

The WOES of Shipment Terms/Postage Costs:  PLEASE  recognize that as a seller, I am not one bit happier about postage costs than you are.  The post office and eBay are the ONLY ones making money from postage.  I am not.  

If I roll the postage costs into the item listed, eBay charges me based on that elevated cost, which YOU, as the buyer, pays.

There is no good answer about postage.  You're welcome to come to my house and pick your win up!  That might be the cheapest alternative sometimes.

 ALL MY ITEMS ARE SHIPPED USPS PRIORITY MAIL (unless the box is so large and/or so heavy that it isn't safe and/or cost-effective).   

I use priority mail for several reasons: (1) It is in the hands of the post office for a minimal amount of time.  (2) The post office provides boxes so your items come in new, clean boxes with new packing material.  (3)  The cost of the postage includes insurance so your item is covered and both of us are "winners" at the end of the transaction.  

Postage is calculated by eBay's postage calculator.  It is based on distance, weight, and the size of the package.  If the item price is more than $100, I typically pay for the added insurance needed.  I charge $1.00 for "handling" (it is actually to cover the cost of bubble wrap, tissue paper, tape, bags, etc.).

As a collector, if I've paid $25 for a doll dress, I don't want to have it pass through a postal machine and wadded up in a bag with other mail; I appreciate having it sent to me in a box and wrapped in tissue/bubble/whatever is needed to protect it.

Negotiating:  The time to "negotiate" is not AFTER the auction has ended.  PLEASE contact me before you bid if you want to negotiate something.

Miscellaneous Nonsense:  I do my best to represent my listings accurately.  I do my best to ship quickly and safely.  I try to answer every question asked.  Sometimes, I miss the mark.  I will work with you to resolve any issues.  Over the years, I've purchased many things on eBay.  I know both sides of the equation.  I want both of us to walk away happy and I appreciate you helping me dispose of my collections!!!!
