This is a stunning brand new dress, with tags. It’s a size 18, but is a little snug across the chest for me (I’m a 40C) so I think it would suit a size 16 better personally. It’s a gorgeous cotton in a stunning floral print with is Libertyesque. I’m 5’6 and it was a perfect dress length for full length.
