This is a US Watch Co Waltham Mass Pocket Watch Hunter Case Lever Set Gold Color
US Watch Co Waltham Mass pocket watch. Estate clean out watch.
Case is gold color, it is not marked so I am guessing it is gold filled or gold plate. Case is marked Fahy's Montauk.
Ornate engraved design on the covers and sides. Case doors open and close nice.
It is in running condition but I am sure it could use service. After running for about 24 hours it gained about 3 minuets.
There is some scratching, scuffing, tiny nicks, corner, edge and general wear from use.
It is lever set and you can set the hands. Dial is white with black print.
Outside to outside of the case is about 1 5/8", smaller size watch. It does have a crystal over the face.
Face looks to be in "good" condition, hard to see but there are 2 small hairlines near the lever set arm.
Works is marked 69419, US Watch Co, Waltham Mass. Buying it in as found condition
