We use expanding foam packages to surround your printer to insure it arrives to you safely.
We tested all functions of this unit, including the auto-document feeder (if applicable) and it is working well. We test with ink. Black and each color (if applicable) is producing a great image.
No ink, toner, CD, or manual is included. Manual can be found online. Power cord will be included.
SHIPPING - POLICIES
We do not ship internationally.
We ship within two business days. Most of our orders they are shipped same day or next day. Please contact us if shipping time is extremely important.
We do not ship to PO boxes and can only ship to seller-provided Ebay addresses on file.
Serial numbers of all shipped units are photographed and recorded.
We offer 30 day returns with buyer paying return shipping.
We cannot refund shipping or return shipping fees. We do not charge re-stocking fees. Item must be received in the condition it was originally shipped.
All of our printers are used, unless noted otherwise.
We only source printers from smoke-free environments. We source from business and homes.
