Part-elasticated waist with button fastening, belt loops and a fabric belt with polka dots on one side. Front, back and side pockets. Button and tab on the leg allowing these to be rolled up to a crop length. Although I think these may be a cropped length anyway as they seem shorter than other trousers in the same size. 100% cotton. In EUC.
