This game has been tested and is working.  It comes complete with case, manual, and game disc.  The disc has some scratches, but  does not affect the gameplay at all.  I tested the game just prior to listing.  The case has very minor wear but is still in good shape.  The manual is in great shape with little to no wear.  Overall the game is in good working condition.
