It comes with a rouched, bubble hem and white waist tie closure with “tie slits” in the waist as well so that you can play with that closure. easy to put on, easy to care for, easy peasy breezy overall.

There is slight discoloring in the white fabric and one slight occurrence of lose threading that does not effect the rest of the skirt’s quality.
