This lamp is known as the Elsie from the 1890s advertisement see last picture. This paint is one of the known original colors. See Smith book 1 fig 245.  Chimney is etched "GERMANY". The collar opening has a blob of plaster showing inside. But the burner screws in ok. There is one prong missing on the chimney holder. Everything seems to work. The original wick is still there.
