Hosta **PARTY POPPER** Forms a small open mound with thick blue leaves, and a very flamed creamy yellow center. The leaves are slightly shiny & a bit wavy. Lavender flowers on 16" tall scapes, in summer held above the small mound on blue striped scapes. Slug Resistant and Sun Tolerant. Size: 8-12 inches tall. USDA Zones 3-9 [MINI].
